Each batch of nutrieazy.com is tested post sending it out to you and they are also certified by Informed choice, so that you always receive the finest quality. However, in an unfortunate event, where you are not happy and want to return the product to us, kindly go through the following guidelines:
How Does the Return Process Work?
We will schedule a pick of the product that you want to return.
Products can be returned only if you have received the product in a damaged condition or if the product cannot be authenticated using the Holographic sticker, for any reason. In any case, the product should be in sealed condition. We are unable to take returns, for cases where the taste or smell is not to one’s liking.
We will recommend you to prepare an unboxing video of any article that you order from our website. In case of a damaged product, please send a video and a photo of damaged product within 24 hours at info@nutrieazy.com. You will have an option to either have a replacement of the product or to return the product. Do note that the return will be initiated only in the original mode of payment made to us, or can be returned to your fitcoin wallet (coming soon). If you have purchased products under any offer, please return the product along with the freebie to process the return.

When can I return the product?
You can return an item within 24 hours of receiving it if:
- The seal has not been broken or the packaging has not been opened
- The product has been delivered to you in a damaged condition
- You are not able to authenticate your product using the TRUESEAL code, on front of pack.
- In all cases, we will need a short video of the product, highlighting the defect that you have observed.
As a thumb rule, please prepare a recorded video of the unboxing of a product to ensure that the articles delivered are up to the mark.
Products that have already been opened or have had their seal broken will be ineligible of return.
Is it possible to SWAP the product?
No, swapping of products is not allowed on this platform.
Do I have to pay return fees?
The return pickup charges will be applicable which can vary between ₹30 to ₹100 depending on your geography. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through SpeedPost courier service and share tracking details at info@nutrieazy.com.
I returned my product, when will I receive the refund?
From the moment the product has been picked up, we will process your refund within 14 days (excluding gazetted holidays & Sunday). Once we have processed your refund, it may take up to 7 working days (excluding gazetted holidays & Sunday) before you receive the refund in your bank account or Credit Card or your original payment method.
It is to be noted that nutrieazy. and its Management Body will reserve the final say in the refund and return based on the condition and the assement of the product, after corsschecking with the authorities and the bodies involved.
How Many Days do I have to return my product?
You have the right to return a product or order within 24 hours of receiving it.
What Items will be ineligible for return?
Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:
1.Damages due to misuse of product.
2.Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
3.Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
4.Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
5.Combos sold won’t be taken back/returned as individual units.
6.Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
7. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
What Information will our customer care team seek, when they contact you, in case a return request is initiated?
For a hassle-free experience, we request you to keep your order number and product details handy. Our team will be keen to learn the reason for initiating the return. At the time of initiating the return, do note that your email should contain the product video and the order ID. You may find the Order ID in the Orders section of your website or in the invoice of package that you have received.
